Our Corporate Finance team is looking for a Senior Analyst. In this role, you'll work with senior Red Ventures executives and business leaders, private equity groups, and banks to provide insightful reporting on business performance. You'll deep dive into financial and operating performance by each of our businesses to find key drivers to help inform strategy at the highest level.This role will be on a hybrid schedule (Tuesday through Thursday) in our Headquarters office, located in Fort Mill, South Carolina (near Charlotte, North Carolina).What You'll Do:
  • Operate as an owner managing the underlying financial data and dashboards that are used to present consolidated financial reporting
  • Work directly with corporate leaders to understand their expenses and find areas of savings and efficiencies
  • Build and maintain automated dashboards for our business and corporate leaders
  • Help build presentations utilizing financial insight for our Board and key external stakeholders
  • Drive growth and contribute to the strategic direction of Red Ventures
What We're Looking For:
  • 3+ years of experience with a proven track record of success in meeting performance goals in FP&A or data analysis
  • Strong in data manipulation & analysis using Excel
  • Strong in data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of financials
  • Experience synthesizing data into actionable insights and communicating recommendations to all levels of leadership
  • Strong team player with ability to communicate effectively across functional teams to drive priorities, anticipate pitfalls, and raise issues before they become project blockers
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Desire to work hands-on in an entrepreneurial, performance-based, analytically driven, and fast-paced environment
Compensation
  • USA Compensation Range: $100,000-$130,000*
  • *Note actual compensation is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
