- Provide administrative support for the Division members. Plan and schedule meetings.
- Oversee logistics of research projects, and participate in the cycle of grant application and renewal processes for projects and work closely with the faculty members and project managers on grant application and execution including statement of work, sponsored project application, IRB, timeline, subcontracts, budget development, financial reporting, regulation compliance, and technical support issues.
- Manage divisional operations including filing and documentation, organize and update website, assist with composing annual reports and grants, track budgets, and manage relationships with vendors, external partners, subcontractors and third-parties.
- Carry out other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree is required. A Master’s degree in public health or related field is strongly preferred.
- At least one year of coordination experience in a health care, research, or academic is desired.
- Experience with managing research activities is preferred.
- Excellent computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, work independently, and use good judgment.

- Must be able to work under standard office conditions and work from home as required.
- Work may require simultaneous use of a telephone/headset and PC/keyboard and sitting for extended durations.
- May be required to work additional hours beyond standard work schedule.
