- Build and maintain reporting dashboards that translate complex data into clear visual summaries
- Track project status, identify potential risks early, and communicate updates clearly to stakeholders
- Collaborate with teams to ensure project objectives are met on time and with high-quality outcomes
- Manage and prioritize multiple ongoing assignments with tight timelines
- Document workflows, processes, and project notes in a clear and organized way
- Stay familiar with privacy and data handling standards relevant to sensitive or protected information
- 3 to 5 years of experience working in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a related role
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of data analysis, segmentation, and visualization techniques
- Experience working with tools like SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
- Comfortable presenting insights clearly in writing, meetings, or virtual settings
- Knowledge of project management tools like Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana, or Trello
- Ability to write simple queries or scripts and interpret technical documentation
- Experience working with CMS platforms or digital campaign tracking tools
- You enjoy working with numbers and solving real-world business problems
- You can juggle multiple priorities and know how to keep moving when things get messy
