  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, work orders, and service logs in our database.
  • Coordinate and schedule service appointments.
  • Assist with billing inquiries and process payments.
  • Relay important information between customers, technicians, and the office staff.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback on our services
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as needed to support the team and improve workflow.
  • Address customer concerns, provide information about our services, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST / CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Some experience working as a receptionist or in customer service is helpful (especially in plumbing, HVAC, or similar), but not required.
  • Comfortable using a computer things like email, internet, Word, Excel, etc.
  • Good people skills, able to talk and work well with all kinds of folks.
  • Can handle a fast-paced job and stay motivated to help customers.
  • Being on time and managing your schedule well is really important in this role.
  • If you've used Service Titan before, that's a bonus (but not needed).
WORK SCHEDULE FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)This full-time administrative position typically works during business hours at our office. Some after-hours and weekend customer service work is available with an additional incentive for working a rotating on call schedule.SERVICE AREAApplicants are expected to work in the following cities, along with Davie, FL:
