Learn more about the career below.About the Job:The Director, Marketing Measurement & Analytics is responsible for developing and overseeing the measurement and analysis of marketing efforts of Taco Bell US to maximize business growth. This position plays a crucial role in driving data-driven decision making, optimizing marketing strategies, and maximizing the return on marketing investments. This role will partner with key marketing stakeholders to drive accountability and a deeper level of understanding of the efficacy of our marketing programs. The Director, Marketing Measurement and Analytics will report to the Sr Director, Insights & Analytics and lead a team of 2-3 analysts.The Day-to-Day:
  • Strategic Partnership with the Marketing Leadership Team to establish clear objectives, goals, and strategies for measuring marketing effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing analytics strategies to measure, monitor, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Utilize data insights to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization across various marketing channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
  • Ensure all marketing channel data is complete and accurate and can be pulled into systems and models for analysis.
  • Lead the development and implementation of marketing analytics tools, technologies, and processes to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting capabilities Utilize customer and channel data to build models to understand marketing KPIs such as customer annual value, and incrementality.
  • Lead management of 3rd party advanced analytics and marketing measurement resources
  • Generate regular reports and present findings to marketing and cross-functional teams
  • Stakeholder communication prepare and present regular reports to senior management showcasing insights, findings, and recommendations clearly and concisely to drive data-driven decision-making and marketing optimization
  • Oversee a team of 2-3 including their responsibilities in: Weekly Competitive Updates, Quarterly + Annual Competitive and Category Analysis, Brand performance Tracking, Quarterly Marketing and Business Deep Dives and Macro Trends.
  • Coach, Inspire and Guide team, supporting their development, setting goals, nurturing the company and marketing culture and motivating the team.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to marketing model and marketing analytics to drive innovation and competitive advantage
Is This You?
  • 10+ years of experience in analytics roles with a proven track record of driving data driven marketing strategies and delivering measurable results.
  • 3+ years' experience in a leadership or management position
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, statistics, mathematics, economics, data science or related field. Masters Degree/MBA a plus.
  • Familiarity with MMM programs, marketing attribution and performance data a plus.
  • Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills white the ability to present complex data findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Highly versed in applications software including advanced Excel and understanding of Relational Databases with writing custom SQL. Familiarity with PowerBI a plus. Strong understanding of PowerPoint.
  • Strong internal motivation, intellectual curiosity, logical thinking and desire to have a large impact on our organization
  • Superb interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to partner well with other team members

Salary Range: $165,000-$185,000 annually + bonus eligibility + equity (if applicable) + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
