✅ Local Roots – Play a key role in a trusted, community-centered businessYour Role as Operations & Administration Manager:As an Operations & Administration Manager, you’ll serve as a key partner to the Owner of 4 Points Market and Eatery, leading and coordinating various business-critical projects. From managing insurance claims to overseeing vendor communication and updating store tools, this role requires exceptional organization, communication, and decision-making skills. You'll work independently but in close alignment with the Owner to move initiatives forward and ensure daily business operations run smoothly.Key Responsibilities:🔹 Project & Administrative Management
- Own and execute multiple projects from planning through completion
- Maintain detailed records for compliance, HR, and operations
- Evaluate administrative workflows and suggest improvements
- Respond to emails, triage priorities, and follow up on key items
- Liaise with vendors, tenants, and legal contacts on operational issues
- Coordinate meetings, inspections, installations, and timelines
- Draft and format professional correspondence for HR, legal, and compliance matters
- Schedule and manage property maintenance and vendor tasks
- Open and manage insurance claims, working with brokers and legal counsel
- Support HR-related tasks including compliance tracking and new hire communication
- Use basic office tools such as email, calendar apps, and other standard software
- Occasionally run local errands
- Answer phones and sort mail for corporate and property offices
- Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
- Clear and tactful communicator—both written and verbal
- Confident decision-maker with sound judgment
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to learning new tools
- 3–5+ years in project management, operations, or executive support
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, HR, or related field preferred
- Experience in property management, HR, or legal administration is a plus
- Familiarity with C-Store/Petrosoft software is helpful but not required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
