  • Performs various data entry functions regarding the Medical Cannabis Program (410 ILCS 130), Industrial Hemp Program (505 ILCS 89), the Cannabis Regulation and Tax Program (Adult Use) (410 ILCS 705) and the Community College Cannabis Vocational Pilot Program (410 ILCS 705/25â€?1) documents.
  • Coordinates the activities of the administration, monitoring and other functions relating to the Medical Cannabis Program (410 ILCS 130), Industrial Hemp Program (505 ILCS 89), the Cannabis Regulation and Tax Program (Adult Use) (410 ILCS 705) and the Community College Cannabis Vocational Pilot Program (410 ILCS 705/25â€?1.
  • At the direction of the Administrative Assistant I, Assists with personnel functions, serves as Fleet assistant for the Bureau, serves as DoIT liaison for the Bureau and Maintains inventory for the Bureau.
  • Gathers, reviews, and analyzes FOIA requests inquiries.
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to the completion of high school and two (2) years of office experience.
  • Requires ability to keyboard accurately at 45 wpm.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prefers extensive knowledge of composition, grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Prefers elementary knowledge of agency programs, rules, and regulations.
  • Prefers working knowledge to operate commonly used manual and automated office equipment and perform routine maintenance.
