- Follow up on software and hardware issues related to company products, collaborate with R&D personnel to analyze and provide relevant information to ensure issue resolution.
- Perform rapid fault diagnosis and repair of company equipment, quickly identify software or hardware-related faults, and handle complex issues through equipment return;
- Compile and maintain fault analysis reports, documenting fault types, cause analyses, and repair measures.
- Collect common fault models for similar equipment and drive technical optimizations.
- Be responsible for quality assurance work for certain company product projects, such as developing test plans based on product specifications, writing test cases, and conducting functional testing for backend, frontend, and mobile applications.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, research and introduce advanced failure analysis techniques and reliability studies.
- Engineering background with hands-on experience in disassembling and assembling IoT products.
- Familiar with the R&D and testing processes for IoT products, capable of independently developing test plans, writing test cases, and executing tests.
- In-depth understanding of common material properties, manufacturing processes, and standard failure modes; proficiency in using professional FA analysis tools and equipment for testing and inspecting components such as circuit boards, chips, and connectors is a plus.
- Proficient in IoT product anomaly handling processes and tools.
- Strong quality awareness and logical thinking, with excellent communication and coordination skills, and a focus on teamwork.
