QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of three (3) years of current, professional experience dedicated to analyzing and enhancing applications, with at least two (2) years of lead-level involvement in variously sized projects.
  • Demonstrate expertise in enterprise content management applications, document management systems, and Box cloud content management solutions, including familiarity with Image Access, Panorama, Alfresco, Kofax, Kofax Capture, MuleSoft middleware, and proficiency in generating reports on container metadata and indexes.
  • Showcase functional knowledge in content management applications, digital transformation, image capture solutions, and data capture solutions.
  • Exhibit proficiency in workflow analysis, integrations/APIs, and overall ERP system design.
  • Demonstrate competence in crafting user stories in the 3W format and using Microsoft Azure DevOps (TFS/VSTS) or other lifecycle management tools, i.e., JIRA.
  • Skillfully gather, refine, and validate complex business requirements, identifying interdependencies, potential risks, and issues; demonstrate experience in writing user stories and requirements, creating technical and functional system specifications, and translating requirements for developers.
  • Showcase expertise in data mapping activities, creating, and maintaining flow diagrams using Lucid Charts and/or Microsoft Visio.
PREFERRED
  • Beneficial experience includes working with Scaled Agile, municipal/county-level public sector exposure, proficiency in Java Scripts and .NET, or a track record of identifying and delivering recommendations for enterprise-wide system enhancements.
RESPONSIBILTIES
  • Create user stories in the 3W format and document acceptance criteria using the Azure DevOps tool, i.e., formerly TFS.
  • Collaborate with multiple agencies to comprehend existing and required business processes, system requirements, and integration needs.
  • Generate and sustain functional process analysis documentation, including data mapping, process flows, and technical requirements, utilizing predefined templates to identify and propose solutions for any process, system, and integration gaps.
  • Conduct technical process evaluations, analyses, and provide recommendations for resolutions.
  • Collaborate with the QA team to assist in user acceptance testing as necessary.
  • Offer go-live and immediate post-production support when required.
  • Attend and actively participate in SCRUM ceremonies with the core ECM Project team, including systems analysts, business analysts, developers, QA analysts, prod support analysts, and the product administrator.
  • Adhere to TS best practices, encompassing thorough documentation, project management, and change management processes.
