- Initiate and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand and advocate the benefits and services provided by IronCladPlus.
- Deliver presentations and sessions to union members about their benefit options.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with utmost professionalism.
- Regularly update CRM systems with client interactions, issues, and transactions.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Stay informed about changes in benefits and service provisions.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and challenges.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement outreach strategies.
- Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge base.
- Must reside in California.
- Able to pass state required background check.
- Fluent in English; bilingual abilities in Spanish is a plus.
- Reliable form of transportation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrates self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- No previous experience necessary; however, previous customer service or sales experience is beneficial.
- High school diploma required; higher education or certifications in sales, marketing, or related fields preferred.
- A desire for professional development and a willingness to learn.
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
