The instructor facilitates group, team, and private swimming lesson activities for members and/or clientele. High school diploma or GED. Must show proof upon hire. American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor certification or notable experience in lieu of certification is required. This position requires the ability to communicate, organize, and motivate people as a group. Instructors must demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills in communicating facility rules to members and patrons.
