Growing together.An EDW (Enterprise Data Warehouse) QA (Quality Assurance) professional is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and quality of data within the data warehouse environment. Their key responsibilities include validating ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, verifying source-to-target data mappings, testing data transformations, and ensuring that reports and dashboards reflect accurate business information. They collaborate closely with data engineers, business analysts, and developers to identify data issues, create comprehensive test plans and test cases, and support defect resolution throughout the development lifecycle.You will enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in QA/testing with a focus on data warehouse, ETL or BI testing
  • 2+ years of experience with SQL skills for data validation and test automation
  • 2+ years of experience with QA tools like HP ALM, JIRA, ADO or similar
  • 2+ years of experience in writing test cases and executing manual and automated tests
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake)
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Scripting experience in Python or Shell for test automation
  • Experience in domains like Medicaid (Healthcare), Claims and Providers
  • Exposure to AI/ML model validation or testing data pipelines that support machine learning workflows
  • ISTQB or equivalent QA certification
  • Familiarity with data warehouse concepts (star/snowflake schema, fact/dimension tables)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong understanding of data quality, data profiling, and reconciliation techniques
  • Experience in validating data pipelines and data transformations
