Your role will blend creative design with practical coordination as you create space layouts, manage construction and moving details, and handle administrative duties. This critical process includes the full capture and recording of project documents, data, analytics, and drawings. As part of this, you will provide updated occupant information and CAD drawings to the Building Data Management Center for capturing in the Computer-Aided Facilities Management system. Additionally, you will contribute to the maintenance of the physical record of current interior finishes standards and the furniture standards catalog.Compliance & QA/QCAs a project manager, your dedication to quality assurance will be a prime duty, ensuring projects are delivered according to best practices and with the highest standards of safety for our staff, contractors, and the public. You will collaborate with County operations teams and local planning departments by reviewing plans and specifications, performing on-site inspections, and ensuring all work complies with County standards and applicable building codes.
