We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the AI/ML initiative for the Industrial Systems Information Technology organization. In this role you will define and drive the strategy, training, adoption of an AI First Transition in order to improve efficiency of the product teams and accelerate delivery of solutions. You will play a key leadership role within the ISIT organization, support building high performing teams, and collaborating with key stakeholders.Responsibilities:What you'll do...Leadership & Strategy: * Lead the development and implementation of AI/ML strategy to upskill teams and enable them to apply this technology to their day to day work to drive efficiency improvements and accelerate delivery
  • Lead identification of opportunities to apply AI/ML technology to business process patterns to eliminate manual work and improve quality
  • Educate teams to adopt a pattern based mindset regarding their work and how to apply AI/ML technology to those patterns
  • Teach teams how to become domain data experts, and how to successfully train models to work with their domain and existing data
Solution Development & Implementation: * Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI and Machine Learning solutions that optimize business processes, drive automation, and improve product quality.
  • Ensure that projects are scalable, reliable, and integrated into existing IT systems.
Collaboration: * Work closely with product teams, data analytics, and business to identify and prioritize AI/ML use casesData Management: * Work with product teams to ensure data quality, security, and accessibility for AI/ML model training.Compliance & Ethics: * Ensure that all Ai/ML implementations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards particularly in regard to data privacy, fairness, and transparencyQualifications:You'll have...
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science).
  • 10+ years of progressive responsibilities in Information Technology (IT)
  • With 5+ years of experience solving business problems through delivering IT solutions in design, engineering, and manufacturing domains.
  • With 3+ years of experience with LLM models, Machine Learning (ML) & Generative AI (GenAI)
  • Experience in cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, Azure
  • Experience as a Product Owner in Product Driven Organization (PDO) would be beneficial.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism in all actions.
  • Good analytical skills, a process-driven work style, and the ability to think strategically.
  • Ability to develop detailed customer, IT, and data-driven process flows.
  • Strong team player with proven ability to work cross-functionally.
