In this rewarding role, you'll provide hands-on nursing care, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and support residents on their journey to recovery and independence.Key Responsibilities: * Deliver patient-centered care in a long-term care and rehab setting
Assess, monitor, and document residents' health status and progress
Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the care team to develop individualized care plans
Educate and support residents and families on care and health conditions
Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility documentation requirements
Promote a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment
Supervise and mentor CNAs and support staff to maintain high standards of care
Qualifications: * Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri
Strong clinical skills; experience in geriatric or rehab nursing preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Team-focused mindset and a passion for person-centered care
Current BLS/CPR certification (ACLS a plus)
