Work SchedulePartial onsite work is required on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with other days as needed by project deliverables.Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Assist Project Managers and Portfolio Managers in guiding and controlling projects from inception through completion.
  • Support project leaders with the organization and management of multiple work efforts simultaneously.
  • Develop skills expected of a project leader by executing project management processes and meeting deliverables.
  • Provide support for project plans, risk management plans, and documentation from design to post-implementation.
  • Ensure project documentation and deliverables are complete, on budget, within scope, and in accordance with standards.
  • Assist with the development, execution, and maintenance of project communications.
  • Utilize project management tools to monitor and document project status, prepare agendas, and document key decisions.
  • Manage project issues throughout the project life cycle and communicate implications of changes to project scope.
  • Ensure all work efforts have appropriate documentation for audit purposes utilizing project methodology standards.
The TeamYou will report to a Portfolio Manager and collaborate with a team of 8 - 10 Project Managers. Our project teams typically consist of 8 - 20 members, supporting various portfolios including Data Exchange, Telephony, Mobile/Full Site, and AEM.
