This opening is for 2nd shift, 3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m. Flexibility is required to support a continuous production schedule.What you’ll do…
  • Lead and support kitchen associates to ensure accurate supply of ingredients to production lines.
  • Order and verify materials using the ORMO function and maintain inventory accuracy in NAV.
  • Monitor material usage, reconcile discrepancies, and communicate with supervisors or area leads.
  • Close production ticket orders promptly (within 1 hour of completion) in compliance with SOPs.
  • Enforce GMPs, safety, PPE, and LOTO procedures; ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Operate RF handheld scanners, computers, and forklifts to support daily activities.
  • Provide training, guidance, and coaching to associates, promoting teamwork and efficiency.
  • Display initiative by identifying process improvements and driving continuous improvement in kitchen operations.
What you bring…
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Prior leadership or lead experience in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of GMPs, food safety, and material handling procedures.
  • Strong verbal communication and basic math skills.
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Ability to multitask and troubleshoot in a fast-paced environment.
  • Authorized to operate a stand-up forklift; prior equipment experience required.
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods, lift 25–65 lbs repeatedly, and push/pull up to 1,000 lbs with a pallet jack.
  • Flexibility to support a 7-day continuous production schedule.
