- Write service repair orders and ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous service
- Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and costs; including special promotions
- Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, service and repairs
- Follow the status of a customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work
- Keep customers informed of any changes that occur
- Upon completion of work, review work order with customer
- Provide a completely satisfied customer experience
- At least 1 year’s Automotive Service Advisor and/or dealership experience required
- Fantastic customer service and communication skills
- Friendly personality

- Team-oriented and self-motivated
- Strong computer skills
- Good multitasking and organizational skills
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background check and MVR.
