This is a great opportunity to work for a stable, family-oriented company known for quality products and outstanding service.The Truss Designer will create accurate, efficient designs that meet customer needs and comply with building codes and safety standards.Responsibilities of a Truss DesignerCreate truss layouts and structural plans using MiTek, Alpine, or similar softwareInterpret blueprints and specifications to produce complete truss packagesWork closely with sales, production, and engineering teams to ensure smooth project deliveryProvide technical support to builders, contractors, and internal staffEnsure designs meet all safety and compliance requirementsAssist production teams with questions on truss design detailsQualificationsExperience as a Truss Designer strongly preferredProficiency with MiTek, Alpine, or related truss design softwareUnderstanding of construction practices and structural load requirementsAbility to read and interpret construction documentsStrong problem-solving and communication skillsAttention to detail and commitment to quality workWhy You’ll Love This Role
