Promote a clean, safe, healthy and friendly work environment for employees and guests; report and direct safety issues to Safety Committee.
Operate Point of Sale System (POS) and process payment including monetary, coupons, comp slips, etc.
Gain and maintain full knowledge on food and beverage offerings.
Promptly deliver guests food/beverage order ensuring quality and accuracy.
Attend to guest during their entire dining experience.
Keeping all food and beverage areas clean.
Transporting soiled dishes and flatware from the various wait stations and serving areas in Timbers to the dish staging area for cleaning.
Stocks food and supplies in all prep/wait station areas.
Cleans and sanitizes all work areas, including floors and walls.
Maintain dress code and hygiene standards as outlined in departmental policy.
Express & Show Million Dollar Service Standards when dealing with all guests & co-workers as explained in mandatory Million Dollar Service Training.
May be required to function as a steward when needed
Other duties as assigned by management.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS (objective educational or technical training required; skills; and years of experience):
One year experience working in customer service preferred.
One year cash handling and cash register experience preferred.
Must retain a valid food handler's card.
Must have valid OLCC service permit and working knowledge of OLCC regulations.
Must be a self-motivated individual with a good eye for detail.
Must be able to handle stress and all levels of clientele under pressure.
Must be able to follow written instructions.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must pass and remain in compliance with Coquille Gaming Commission background check and drug free work place policies.
