- Full time opportunity working as a contract recruiter for one of our outsourcing partners, facilitating talent acquisition and hiring for their West Coast operations
- Initiating Contact and Evaluation: Engage with potential candidates, assess resumes, conduct insightful interviews, and orchestrate seamless hiring procedures.
- Strategic Posting and Promotion: Work with our marketing team to showcase our opportunities across diverse platforms with compelling and accurate advertisements to captivate talent.
- Exceptional Service: Deliver unparalleled customer service to all candidates (and customers when needed), fostering robust communication channels with our on-site teams to ensure satisfaction and alignment.
- Insightful Reporting: Drive informed decisions by generating and presenting comprehensive recruiting reports to our esteemed leadership team.
- Customer / Client Connections: Act as the connection between candidates and hiring managers, arranging seamless interview experiences that lead to successful placements.
- Efficient Onboarding: Guide new hires through the onboarding process, meticulously managing background checks, drug screenings, and other essential procedures.
- Organizational Excellence: Maintain meticulous organization of candidate and job order files, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Compliance and Coordination: Uphold adherence to federal and state regulations, diligently coordinating pre-placement testing when necessary.

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Relevant Experience: Previous experience in staffing or recruitment is preferred, but not required.
- Skills: Ability to effectively recruit for high-volume, non-exempt positions; comprehensive understanding of the recruitment lifecycle; strong multitasking ability; ability to work well within a team while delivering individual results; excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable with long periods of computer work
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to learn technology platforms for the job; solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required, enabling you to analyze data, create reports, and perform other tasks effectively.
