- Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with integrators in your region.
- Support integrators in achieving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and drive the performance of the installed base of Exotec products.
- Identify and resolve key issues impacting integrator operations to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
- Develop a deep understanding of integrators’ goals, challenges, and operational contexts.
- Support the evaluation and onboarding of new integrators to expand our market presence.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess service quality and integrator effectiveness.
- Lead regular operational reviews with integrators and internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage integrator contracts, ensuring alignment with service level agreements and business commitments.
- Support integrators in meeting compliance standards and operational benchmarks.
- 15+ years of experience in senior leadership roles, ideally within technology or robotics integration.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
- Strong understanding of complex technological ecosystems and integration processes.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a focus on building trust and long-term partnerships.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Skilled negotiator with a history of achieving win-win outcomes.
