Job Description:Role Summary/Purpose:The Commercial Managed Account Specialist will support the Lowe’s client by providing quality service to high profile managed accounts. This team provides wing to wing support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Essential Responsibilities:In-Bound / Outbound Customer Service for Commercial Client (both store/client and customers)Responsible for proactive maintenance, monitoring, research, documentation and collections of Managed Commercial accounts.Account Management, including but not limited to: Account Set-Up, Credit Line Management, Cash Application and Account Monitoring.Account Reconciliation, including complex account research and collection of past due accounts.Problem resolution to include escalated commercial customer issues.Utilize Synchrony Systems (commercial applications; DM9, GECOM, Edison, Wausau, SharePoint and CommStation to effectively handle customer inquiries and manage daily workload.Establish strong rapport with assigned segment of accounts to build and maintain servicing relationships.Multi-Level communications to include store personnel, Corporate Officers, Commercial Sales Managers, and Underwriting Managers, etc.Other duties as assigned, including but not limited to, faxes, lien reviews and other correspondenceQualifications/Requirements:Must currently be in Commercial Operations; and have a minimum of 6 months of Commercial experienceMinimum 6 months proficiency in GECOM and DM11 systemsNot be on active formal or final formal corrective actionHours will be 9:30a - 6:00p CST Monday - Friday. Ability to work a flexible schedule per business needs.Desired Characteristics:Demonstrated negotiation, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills and conflict resolutionExcellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly facilitation and influencing skillsStrong time management and organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft Word & ExcelDemonstrated strong follow-up and issue resolution ability.Self-motivated and willingly assumes additional responsibilitiesProven ability to make decisions based on quantitative analysis and creative thinkingPrevious collection experience.Ability to effectively handle commercial customer requests.Ability to effectively work in a team environmentGrade/Level: 06The hourly rate range for this position is $23.50 - $31.50/hr USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.Eligibility Requirements:You must be 18 years or olderYou must have a high school diploma or equivalentYou must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding processYou must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
