Skilled professional needed to join the University of Kentucky (UK) Targeted Assessment Program (TAP).We are looking for a team member who is passionate about helping others and advocating for those in need.The TAP Specialist will be a UK employee co-located at the Department for Community Based Services office in Barbourville, KY to provide TAP services in Knox County. The Specialist may also be required to provide services in surrounding counties in the region based on the program's needs.Duties include: conducting participant assessments in the areas of substance use, mental health, intimate partner violence victimization, learning problems/disability, and basic needs; connecting program participants with services and resources; providing follow-up to support improved outcomes; and collaborating with community partners. Travel is reimbursed.
