Preconstruction Manager – Lead with Expertise & InfluenceAre you a seasoned Preconstruction Manager with 5+ years of experience guiding clients and teams through complex preconstruction phases? We have partnered with a growing construction firm looking for a strategic leader to drive project success from concept to contract.In this client-facing role, you’ll lead the development of cost estimates, collaborate with designers and stakeholders, and steer budgetary solutions with clarity and confidence. You’ll be the key liaison between our clients and internal teams—ensuring seamless coordination, transparency, and exceptional service.What You’ll Do:
  • Oversee preconstruction activities including budgeting, estimating, and value engineering
  • Build trusted client relationships and represent the company in early project phases
  • Lead coordination with design teams, subcontractors, and consultants
  • Develop comprehensive proposals and present project scopes and budgets
What You Bring:
  • 5+ years of experience in preconstruction or estimating, with client-facing responsibilities
  • Strong technical proficiency with Bluebeam, Procore, Sage, and similar platforms
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Problem-solver with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset
