- Participating/Leading customer specific process reviews and supply chain discussions
- Process improvement suggestions related to credit activities
- Developing/Maintaining reporting to drive results.
- Manage a set of accounts related to Credit activity.
- Leverage Celonis to drive efficiency and improve results.
- Participate in discussions with IT to resolve open credit related issues

- Represent supply chain at variety of divisional meetings

- Research and resolve invoice related issues
- Analyze shipment and payment flows, in order to review and release customer's orders on credit hold.
- Manage customer's credit limits and parameters, providing recommendations on next steps when financial situations change, or based on business needs.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly reports for Management, maintaining the A/R system by reviewing trial balances and preparing open statements
- Prepare professional quality emails and spreadsheets for communicating with key customers and Sales
- Monitor and resolve full invoice deductions, preparing adjustments when necessary
- Liaison with the deductions team on billbacks and ensure payment is received by customer
- BA/BS
- Minimum 1-3 years' experience in Supply Chain preferably with credit/financial experience
- Proficient skills in Excel, Word and Outlook. PowerPoint a plus
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- Enthusiasm to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment
- Flexibility to work occasional extended hours as required
- Ability to present data collected and analyzed to management

- Ability to build, maintain, and influence positive relationships with internal and external customers
- Understanding when issues need to be escalated and provide summarized information to suggest/enable decisions
- SAP experience is desired but not required
- EDI transmission/processes experience is desired but not required
- LSS experience/certification is desired but not required
