
Residential Roofing - Superintendent

- Lead and manage a daily team of 3–6 roofing professionals, including 1 foreman and multiple crew members
- Coordinate daily project labor and resource needs across multiple job sites
- Monitor and enforce strict adherence to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Inspect work for quality, timelines, and compliance with project specs
- Support the team on-site as needed—including hands-on problem-solving
- Communicate with customers, crews, vendors, and office staff to ensure smooth project execution
- Manage job-site documentation and reporting through mobile tech and checklists
- Present a clean driving record (MVR required); company vehicle and gas card provided
- Uphold and promote company values and professional standards on every job site
- Other duties as assigned

- Residential Roofing Know-How – You understand shingle, tile, and underlayment systems from tear-off to install

- 3+ years of residential roofing experience strongly preferred
- 1+ years of field leadership or crew management experience
- Familiarity with Arizona building codes and residential roofing practices
- Prior experience with fall protection systems and safety gear required
- Must own proper roofing boots and PPE
- Work is performed outdoors on residential roofs in varied Arizona weather
- Frequent standing, walking, climbing ladders, kneeling, and crouching
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs
- This is a safety-sensitive role: focus, attention to detail, and adherence to protocol are critical
- Work week is Monday through Saturday, with some evening or weekend flexibility as needed
- Local travel across the Phoenix metro area is required; occasional overnight travel may occur
