As the Quality and Performance Improvement Manager, you'll lead a team that empowers staff, improves systems, and enhances client experiences through data-informed, trauma-aware, people-first practices. You won't just track quality-you'll build it.What you'll lead and deliver
In your first 12-24 months, you will:
- Design and drive agency-wide improvement initiatives that create meaningful, measurable impact
- Coach and lead a team of analysts who support departments in turning data into action
- Partner across departments to embed continuous improvement into daily workflows and long-term goals
- Facilitate collaborative problem-solving that strengthens client outcomes and system performance
- Develop and track performance measures that support strategic priorities, compliance, and culture
- Help cultivate a learning environment where continuous improvement is expected-and celebrated
- Thrive in fast-paced, mission-driven environments
- Translate data and trends into people-centered solutions
- Understand that how we lead change is as important as what we change
- Build trust and clarity in high-stakes, cross-functional projects
- Use evidence-based frameworks (Lean, PDSA, root cause analysis, etc.) to create lasting improvements
- Balance precision, empathy, and systems thinking in your work
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in health informatics, business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of healthcare or behavioral health experience
- 3+ years managing quality, data, or performance improvement projects
- Demonstrated leadership and team supervision experience
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
- Effective communication, coaching, and facilitation skills
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- Experience with Tableau, R, Python, SQL, or other statistical software
- Familiarity with process modeling, simulation, or advanced statistical methods
