Ensures compliance with BD quality systems, policies, procedures and best practices, and all local, state, federal and BD safety regulations, policies and procedures. Regular, punctual attendance is an essential job function. Ability to read and write and converse in English. Willing and able to uphold BD Values.Duties/Responsibilities:Weigh cartridges and waste on Weight Count and Pack and documentCreate C Batches and track weeklyCreate and print delivery notesMatch POs with shipments for accuracyMaintain open delivery notes by customerMaintain ZULAPrepare shipments to both internal and external customers – assemble, fill and load boxes on palletsPrepare quarterly inventory utilizing correct storage locationsConvert part numbersCreate, Move, Merge, Manage LPsInvestigate any concerns regarding inventoryWork closely with planners and Shift Production Leader to meet shipment requirements while maintaining shipping spreadsheetsVerify final audit report against batch numbers on shipmentsWork with Champion to maintain accurate cartridge counts and assure that master data is correctMaintain organized work space, clean environment, per proceduresAssist with projects, EWOs, Validations and Engineering StudiesECC Access and error troubleshooting (untecoing orders, remove deletion flag, over deliveries, etc.)Participate and assist in implementation of Everest/Eagle projectsWork with shipping department to get product out on timeServe as the MES Champion back upWork with the customer to clean up delivery notesBe part of the inventory team – lead inventory counts for your areaPc Weight tracking and Data entry to assist in control the MUV variances on small gaugeManage and order supplies for pack room and pack for shipmentPerform minor repairs on Zebra printers and refills labelsServe as main contact for shipping areaOther duties as required to support the needs of the businessEducation:High School diploma/GED requiredExperience:Previous manufacturing experience preferredExperience in SAP/MES systems preferredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Work effectively on own, or in a team atmosphere – ProficientSAP and MES experience for electronic transfer of product – BasicComputer knowledge including Microsoft Excel – BasicAbility to give and receive feedback – BasicWillingness and ability to train others - ProficientTeamwork – ProficientOrganization skills, detailed oriented – BasicSolve problems – BasicSet and maintain priorities – ProficientWritten and verbal communication – ProficientPCP Level: 3At BD, we prioritize on-site collaboration because we believe it fosters creativity, innovation, and effective problem-solving, which are essential in the fast-paced healthcare industry.
