  • Review/execution of foreclosure documents to ensure client SLAs are met
  • Facilitate receipt/disbursement of 3rd party sales
  • Execute the ordering of appraisals in the VA system
  • Take & return calls from borrowers/lienholders/realtors/attorneys.
  • Respond to borrower/realtor/lienholder email/fax inquiries for AZ, CA, NV, TX, WA.
  • Work with co-counsel on issues with foreclosures.
  • Maintain/update team manuals, provide assistance to team members regarding issues/questions.
  • Manage record of the assets held within the trust, maintain accurate and detailed records of all real estate transactions, income, expenses, and other financial activities related to the trust's real estate holding
  • Interact with clients and beneficiaries to understand their needs and ensure proper management of their trustee assets
  • Ensure that all real estate activities and transactions are compliant with relevant local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including property taxes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations
  • Provide regular reports to the trust beneficiaries, informing them of the trust's financial status, property performance, and any important developments related to the real estate assets
  • May be authorized to sell real estate assets, often times at auction on behalf of the trust, following the guidelines established in the trust agreement and obtaining beneficiary consent when necessary
  • Keep updated on changes in laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Additional duties as required
QualificationsDesired qualifications:
  • Attention to detail
  • Five (5) + Years experience with Mortgage Trustee, Foreclosure, or Bankruptcy
  • Experience with reverse mortgage services
  • A strong understanding of Trustee Services processes and procedures
  • Recording experience in a title or trustee capacity
  • Notary Certification preferred
