Overview:The Bartender plays a vital role in delivering an elevated and memorable experience for our guests through expertly crafted cocktails and attentive service. This position requires strong communication skills, a thorough knowledge of mixology, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be willing to work five days per week (40+ hours).   • Create and serve cocktails and beverages that reflect the standards of the Alinea Group and Boyne
  • Follow all alcohol-serving laws and safety protocols
  • Provide guests seated at the bar with a full-service dining experience, requiring comprehensive food and beverage menu knowledge
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with both front- and back-of-house teams
  • Ensure proper ingredient quality and drink presentation throughout service
  • Store and maintain bottles, mixers, ingredients, and glassware with precision and cleanliness
  • Comply with health department requirements related to food safety and hygiene, including labeling and temperature/time protocols
  • Resolve guest questions or concerns promptly and professionally
  • Maintain a courteous, cooperative, and team-oriented demeanor at all times
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or managers
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a bartender or in a related role
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a chef-driven environment
  • Clear communication and excellent multitasking ability
  • Calm and efficient under pressure
  • Ability to carry a tray with food and/or beverages
