Position Highlights:Position: MH Clinical therapist IILocation: MokenaPer DiemHours: As neededProviding quality clinical therapeutic services to patient populations and their families/significant others in a physician office or other settings. Serving as a member of the interdisciplinary team, supporting the organization's treatment program and philosophy and assuring the delivery of quality treatment. Orienting and mentoring new staff to the program.What you will need:Required Education and/or Experience:Master’s Degree in a recognized mental health fieldKnowledge of developmental psychology, disease pathology and clinical needs of assigned populationAbility to maintain information which is highly confidentialAbility to clearly summarize pertinent clinical information via written correspondence and medical records documentationAbility to demonstrate self-control in volatile or hostile situationsAbility to set therapeutic limits and maintain therapeutic distance with clients; maintains therapeutic boundaries with patients during treatment and following terminationPreferred Education and/or Experience:Minimum of two years of experience in a behavioral health settingRequired License and/or Certification:Current State of Illinois licensure with a minimum of four letters or a Psych D which may include LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) or LMFT (Licensed Marital & Family Therapist).Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association or Red CrossCPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification within 90 days of hireBenefits:Career Pathways to Promote Professional Growth and DevelopmentFree Parking at designated locationsRetirement Options with Company MatchCommunity Involvement Opportunities
