
AP Coordinator Up to $75,000/year

- Verify and ensure accuracy of incoming invoices
- Support Project Managers in preparing weekly payment schedules
- Create and distribute monthly reports for billing and project assessments
- Manage monthly invoicing processes utilizing completed billing forms
- Prepare and share monthly financial summaries with Project Managers and the CFO
- 1-2 years of accounts payable experience, ideally in the construction or real estate industries
- Experience with project contracts, invoices, and change order documents
- Familiarity with Timberline/Sage 300, T-Scan, or Avid software a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technology
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (preferred)
