- Not a pure tech writer and not a pure instructional designer
- Someone who can understand the LPPM/IPPM concepts well enough to interpret, distill, and translate them into practical, repeatable content for different audiences.
- Strong grasp of Lean Portfolio & Product Management concepts (preferably SAFe, Disciplined Agile, or Gartner-aligned)
- Ability to work directly with practitioners to extract practical application, not just theory
- Translate complex operating models into:
- Skilled in PowerPoint and visual communication for flow diagrams, role maps, and model illustrations
- Strong editing and consolidation skills and can take multiple sources and produce one clean, coherent artifact
- Condensed executive overviews of the handbook for decision-makers
- Role cards, quick-start kits, onboarding checklists
- Discovery, planning, and governance facilitation guides
- PowerPoint decks and consolidated visuals for governance events, audits, and training
- Audit evidence templates and traceability documentation (i.e. epics, lean business cases, process flow content)
- Terminology glossary and lexicon for consistent language across pilot
- Handbook and playbook structure, format, and updates including SharePoint
- At least 5-7 years in portfolio management, product management, or enterprise change/enablement documentation
- Experience supporting portfolio/product or agile transformations or security-related portfolios
- Ability to interview SMEs and leaders to extract decisions, workflows, and rationale
- Proven track record creating both narrative and visual enablement content
- Works side-by-side with our PMO and Delivery partners
- Embedded in pilot events (discovery labs, PI planning, demos) to capture and translate live learnings into reusable content
- Reports progress through tangible deliverables
