Location: Remote (EST/CST preferred; travel may be required for workshops)
Plan, coordinate, and implement small project, as assigned
Lead customer remediation for all applicable field actions
Supervise and report on field action budget, both expense to date and forecast
Attain a thorough knowledge of all Client processes for field actions/recalls
Assist Project Managers or lead with preparing the project team for new field actions
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Key Skills; Project Management in a Matrixed Healthcare/DME Environment
Technology & Analytics Exposure-Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
Bachelor's degree or PMP certification
Excellent writing skills and the ability to communicate accurately and concisely
Ability to gain new technical skills quickly
Strong customer service skills and positive attitude
Ability to communicate sophisticated technical concepts in simple terms
Sophisticated skills with Microsoft Office products and working knowledge of Salesforce and Brightree
Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle changing priorities
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred
Five or more years of experience in project management
Prior experience within a regulated industry (e.g., medical device, pharma, automotive, aerospace)
Managed/supported projects cross-functionally in an iterative, fast paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
High attention to detail while managing multiple sophisticated deliverables and stakeholder groups required
Ability to learn quickly, deal with ambiguity, take initiative and achieve results required
Showed talent with MS Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Proficiency with Salesforce, SharePoint, Jira, Brightree and Confluence preferred.
Proven organization and time management skills
Travel: up to 15%
