The OpportunityReporting to the Sr Manager Talent Management, this individual will be the Talent Management Subject Matter Expert on talent related activities in Workday. You will work closely to HR Technology Services (HRTS) and the Compensation Practice Center (CPC).You will lead company-wide annual delivery of performance assessments, goal setting, assess team talent, and talent profiles. In addition, you will support the annual delivery of ETMR (Executive Talent Management Reviews). This position will be based out of our Abbott Park, IL location in the CHR Corporate Human Resources division.What You’ll Work OnWorkday Performance Assessments & Goal Setting:
  • Lead annual Goal Setting and Performance Assessment Workday Launches in conjunction with HR Technology Services (HRTS) and the Compensation Practice Center (CPC).
  • Complete annual mapping initiatives of Abbotts incentive plans, mapping each incentive plan to the correct performance assessment / goal setting template.
Gain alignment from CPC, HRTS, Executive Compensation, and Sr Leadership on requirements for upcoming Workday launches. Support documentation and testing efforts (KDD, UAT, CDD) related to annual launches, and gain necessary approvals via Dispatch (Abbotts HR signing/approval system).Subject matter expert on questions related to talent management processes and using Workday reports to measure these tasks.Participate in projects to select, develop, test, and implement talent management solutions and technology. Ensure effectiveness and accuracy of existing applications and their outputs. Resolve problems and provide customer support (in partnership with Global HR Services) on TM technology and Workday.In partnership with Sr Manager and Manager Talent Management, this individual will help identify process improvements and lead the HRTS Roadmap project plan.Support approval process for Workday talent access requests in partnership with Security and Compliance.Support the delivery of up to two annual succession planning meetings, which may include: updating and maintaining talent pools, auditing talent profiles, and driving critical project due dates to deliver meetings on schedule in partnership with Talent and Organizational Consultants (TOC).Design and create reports, metrics, talent review content and other materials. Produce executive ready documents with high level of accuracy and confidentiality.Lead and implement process improvements in Workday related to the ETMR process Workday Talent Management Module, in partnership with ETMR program owners.Lead Workday project plan for annual launches of Assess Team Talent and Talent Profiles.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred5+ years of human resource experience, with understanding of core talent management programs.Preferred QualificationsHR Systems Experience; preferably Workday.Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI is a plus).Strong Project management skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Effective oral and written communication skills.
