We are seeking a seasoned Project Executive to lead and oversee large-scale commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in project management, client relations, and team leadership.
  • Lead multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Mentor and manage project managers, superintendents, and support staff.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Drive business development efforts and maintain strong client relationships.

  • 10+ years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 5 years in a senior project management or executive role.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex commercial projects exceeding $20M.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).
