This opening is for a Network/IT Test Engineer Trainer position to support our Air Traffic Control (ATC) programs. Strong candidates will have experience with IP-based voice communication systems, be goal oriented, and customer focused. The position is based in the Oklahoma City area and requires on-site work at a customer facility as well as regular travel to our North American headquarters facility in Columbia, MD.Your tasks
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to trainees to ensure successful understanding of R&S VoIP VCS
  • Linux System Administration: Manage installation, configuration, updates, and troubleshooting of Linux servers and workstations.
  • Network Management: Design and maintain network infrastructure, optimize performance, and ensure security.
  • PBX Administration: Install and manage PBX systems, handle routing, and troubleshoot voice communication issues.
  • Technical Support: Provide prompt IT support, document issues, and conduct training/support sessions on site.
  • IT Consultant, installer, + support: Assess IT needs, recommend solutions for VoIP Voice Communication System Installation and Configuration: Set up hardware and software, ensuring integration with existing systems.

  • Experience presenting and providing training in a classroom type manner.
  • Linux/Networking /PBX administrator experience
  • Systems test experience with good understanding of execution of test programs.
  • Configuring and analyzing VoIP networks, computing infrastructure, software deployments.
  • Proficient in relevant business tools including MS Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Linux (Oracle), VM's.
  • Excellent technical writing skills.
  • Proactive, analytical, detail-oriented and self-managed.
  • Comfortable working in a team and without formal direction.
  • Ability to travel for installs and acceptance testing throughout the United States, Canada, and Europe, up to 50%.
  • In order to be considered, candidates must be a US person capable of receiving a U.S. Government public trust clearance.

Total compensation includes base salary, variable pay (when applicable) plus benefits. The range is determined by the position, geographic location and level.
