In this hands-on leadership role, you'll ensure the safe, compassionate delivery of medical and mental health services—promoting a therapeutic environment where dignity, structure, and well-being are prioritized.With a focus on mentorship, teamwork, and accountability, you’ll guide daily operations, model best practices, and help shape a culture of respect and recovery. Key Responsibilities:Ensure Group Schedule Compliance – Provide oversight to ensure assigned units adhere to group programming schedules.Coach and Train Staff in Group Facilitation – Mentor RTAs and Nurses through on-the-job training (OJT) to improve group delivery and engagement.Maintain Supply Readiness – Monitor and manage par levels of supplies needed for Nurses and RTAs to conduct group sessions effectively.Coordinate Facility-Wide Programming Support – Collaborate with units to assist in the execution of large-scale or cross-unit group events.Manage Group Data Reporting – Collect and distribute group participation and performance data in alignment with reporting requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:Education:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Required: Four (4) years of experience in a healthcare environment; a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
