Align strategic growth plans with others on the leadership team.
Expand area market presence with savvy marketing and business development.
Manage the budget, people, and resources for the group.
Serve as a technical expert for project managers and staff while leading and contributing to proposal production.
Determine staffing needs; interview and hire employees.
Perform performance reviews in coordination with input from project managers.
Provide positive leadership and continuous performance management while mentoring, supporting, and developing the professional growth of your team.
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field from an accredited college or university.
State-issued Professional Engineer License is required; multiple state licenses are desirable.
Ten (10) or more years of experience in site civil engineering.
Project management, business development, and people management experience.
