- Developing and leading a comprehensive marketing strategy for the Hawaii portfolio
- Driving brand awareness, direct bookings, and long-term guest and owner loyalty
- Creating compelling content and storytelling campaigns across digital, social, and print
- Mentoring and developing on-property marketing team members
- Supporting guest and owner communication, newsletters, and community engagement
- Overseeing the creation and execution of photography, videography, and visual asset strategies
- Managing and optimizing multiple property websites, including design refreshes and SEO
- Executing digital advertising strategies in partnership with agency partners
- Leading email marketing efforts targeting leisure travelers and potential owners
- Ensuring content across all distribution channels is current, high-quality, and on-brand
- Managing marketing budgets and plans to align with revenue and growth goals
- Create and execute an owner acquisition marketing strategy with support of the business development team to grow inventory
- Producing and maintaining sales and marketing collateral
- Monitoring Hawaii tourism trends, guest behavior, and regulatory landscape
- Supporting property-level operational leaders with marketing initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, hospitality or related field
- Minimum 7 years of marketing leadership experience, ideally in luxury travel, resort hospitality, or vacation rentals
- Strong understanding of the Hawaii travel market and seasonal dynamics
- Proven success in digital marketing, branding, PR, and content creation
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Passion for travel, hospitality, and a deep appreciation for Hawaiian culture and community
- A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities
