$2000 sign on bonus*Starting Salary: $75,000-85,000*The Clinical Supervisor will provide supervision to clinical staff while developing their skills in responding to complex issues. The Clinical Supervisor will conduct assessments and provide individual and group treatment.   • Provide high quality evaluations, individual and group clinical services.
  • Provide focused leadership, support and supervision for clinical staff .
  • Demonstrate a proactive commitment to maintaining effective communication with staff and individuals to facilitate and promote effective working relationships and customer service
  • Ensure that clinical services are being delivered and documented in accordance with Advocates clinical philosophy and all licensing and regulatory bodies.
  • Provide and document clinical supervision to clinicians related to specific specialty, including monthly clinical meetings for clinicians.
  • Ensures the quality assurance plan is followed.
  • Generate reports as necessary to maintain satisfactory compliance standards.
  • Provide feedback to supervisees regarding clinical and documentation practices.
  • Oversee assigned clinician’s caseload and utilization of services to ensure medical necessity.
  • Oversee assigned clinician’s schedule and productivity to ensure they are meeting site expectations.
  • Provide back up to clinicians as needed during emergencies.
  • Provide feedback to the Site Director that assists in the planning and development of services that provide quality care to consumers of the clinic.
  • Assists in the hiring and training of new clinical staff.
  • Attends and actively participates in supervision and staff meetings.
  • Attend trainings as assigned; maintain necessary certifications and licenses
Qualifications
  • MA/MS/MSW or doctoral degree with a minimum of two years of clinical, operational, and supervisory experience.
  • Massachusetts independent practice licensure in Mental Health Counseling or Social Work required.
  • Minimum of four years experience in providing treatment within an outpatient/residential setting.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Strong computer knowledge.
  • Ability to read and speak English.
  • Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
  • High energy level, superior interpersonal skills and ability to function in a team atmosphere.
