Job DescriptionCentral Bank is seeking an experienced HR Compensation & Analytics Coordinator to join our holding company HR team. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Human Resources department and ensuring the smooth functioning of HR operations within the organization. You will be reporting directly to the Chief HR Officer and be responsible for various administrative and operational tasks, contributing to the overall success of HR initiatives and the well-being of our valued employees.Key Responsibilities:Compensation:
Support the administration of an equitable and competitive compensation program to attract and retain top talent while ensuring compliance with Central policies as well as industry standards and regulations.Assist in creating and maintaining a job evaluation process to determine appropriate salary ranges and classifications across the organization.Conduct salary surveys to benchmark the organization’s compensation packages against industry standards and recommend annual enhancements, as necessary.Assist in the development and implementation of compensation plans, including merit increases, bonuses, and long-term incentive programs.Assist in the maintenance and update of the company’s salary structure and pay grades.Work with the HR team to align compensation with our pay-for-performance philosophy. Assist in developing and maintaining performance-based compensation models and our annual performance process/merit guidelines.HR Policy and Compliance:Ensure compliance with Central policies and legal requirements, including minimum wage laws and overtime regulations.Stay informed about changes in labor laws and proactively adjust local HR practices accordingly.Facilitate annual HR policy and code of conduct review process and recommend changes, as necessary.Ensure policy handbook and employee code of conduct is annually maintained and distributed to all employees.HR Metrics and Reporting:Create and maintain monthly HR metrics and dashboard reporting.Utilize HR data and analytics to provide meaningful insights and recommendations to senior leadership for continuous improvement in HR practices and employee performance and engagement.Analyze compensation and performance data to identify trends, disparities, and areas for improvement.Training and Communication:Partner with HR team and organizational leaders to ensure training is provided on compensation policies and procedures.Other Duties as Assigned.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent field. PHR or CCP certification preferred.Previous experience in HR a plus, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.In-depth generalist knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.Strong analytical skills to assess data sets and create insights to drive decision making.Strong communication and interpersonal skills ensuring ability to effectively engage and establish credibility with all levels of the organization.Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
