- Represent Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine in the community through regular in-person visits to primary care offices, urgent care centers, FQHCs, and other referral sources.
- Effectively communicate the unique value of Genesis’ services and deliver targeted marketing materials to referring providers and their staff.
- Identify, establish, and nurture strong referral relationships within the assigned territory.
- Maintain detailed tracking of referral activity, provider feedback, and outreach visits using CRM tools or designated reporting systems.
- Provide education to clinical and administrative teams at referring offices on scheduling procedures, service offerings, and patient care quality.
- Serve as a liaison between referring offices and Genesis, ensuring clear communication, satisfaction, and timely resolution of referral-related issues.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to ensure messaging is aligned and referral processes are optimized.
- Represent Genesis at community events, health fairs, and local networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and grow relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, marketing, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in medical sales, provider outreach, or healthcare business development.
- Professional presence, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel daily throughout the designated region.
- Familiarity with orthopedic, PT, or specialist referral pathways.
- Experience using a CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage referral tracking.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
