About the Role:We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a year of sales or customer-facing experience who is ready to take the next step in their career. You'll be on the front lines developing relationships, generating leads, and closing deals—all while learning from a supportive team that wants you to succeed.What You’ll Do:Prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and networking in an assigned territoryVisit clients onsite to present products and services and understand their needsBuild and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customersPrepare quotes, follow up on proposals, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targetsTrack and report sales activities through CRM toolsCollaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure customer satisfactionWhat We’re Looking For:1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related fieldStrong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skillsSelf-starter who thrives on meeting goals and building relationshipsValid driver’s license and reliable transportationComfort with being on the road and meeting clients in personFamiliarity with CRM software is a plus
