Work authorization required.WHAT YOU’LL DOThe Assistant Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and managing financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and adherence to labor standards to achieve operational efficiency and profitability. Additional responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:Oversee daily operations in the outlet, while assisting in other Resort outlets such as other Restaurants, Room Service, Bar Lounge, Pool & Beach etc. as neededSupport operations through guest service, cost control, menu writing, merchandising, and accountingSelect, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the Department to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met; daily activities and planning for operation.The ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, residents, and group contacts.Describe and ensure quality of all food & beverage items, amenities, ingredients, and preparation methods.
