A leading international senior home care company is seeking a dynamic marketer to network with our referral partners. The Relationship Marketing Manager is responsible for maintaining and developing connections with local influence centers in the health care industry. The ideal candidate is an experienced Health Care Sales professional who can help us continue to grow. Identify all local influence centers (hospitals, senior living communities, skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers, respite care, hospice and home health agencies, physician practices, and other related healthcare providers) to determine referral sources and build lasting and meaningful relationships.
Communicate the benefits of the Return Home with Senior Helpers program to discharge coordinators.
Develop and manage new referral sources through face-to-face meetings, networking, and electronic communication.
Personally visit and arrange meetings with people in a position to refer clients.
Contact and engage with at least 8 to 10 referral sources daily, four days per week, to develop relationships and gain referrals.
Utilize monthly marketing calendar and plan to coordinate activities.
Organize daily network and relationship-building tasks.
Arrange presentations of Senior Helpers services at meetings in healthcare and senior-related organizations.
Maintain and manage a Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
Develop and maintain weekly activity reports and track KPIs and marketing data.
Occasionally attend trade shows, conferences, and community networking events representing Senior Helpers.
Meet or exceed sales objectives. Within nine months of your date of hire, you will be expected to bring in a minimum of ten new clients per month.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or three years of related work experience in marketing, sales, and/or business development in home care, home health, or healthcare in lieu of degree
Minimum of one year’s experience in the healthcare industry developing and managing a sales strategy preferred.
Exceptional organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail, excellent follow-up, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a changing environment.
Excellent communication, active listening, and rapport-building skills to apply to maintaining consistent relationships with prospects and referral sources.
Self-starter who is solutions driven and results-oriented to maximize growth potential.
Ability to develop partnerships by gaining the commitment and buy-in of others.
Experience with using SMART goals and/or other performance goals to measure success.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and Outlook required.
Ability to learn software programs quickly.
Ability to work independently and as a positive member of the team.
Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record and reliable transportation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory: Dakota County, Scott County, and the southern part of Washington County.
