Location: San Francisco, CAOverviewWe are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Consultant with a strong background in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud SCM modules, with deep knowledge of healthcare-specific supply chain processes such as Par replenishment, case cart management, OR replenishment, and GHX integration.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM implementations in a healthcare setting.Configure and provide functional expertise across key modules: Inventory, Procurement, Payables, and Contract Management.Translate business requirements into Oracle Cloud SCM solutions, ensuring alignment with healthcare operational needs.Work with stakeholders to design, test, and deploy solutions for Par replenishment, case cart workflows, OR supply chain, and GHX connectivity.Provide functional guidance during UAT, training, and post-go-live support.Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper integration with other Oracle modules and third-party applications.Deliver documentation, system configurations, and knowledge transfer to business users.Required Skills & ExperienceProven Healthcare Oracle Cloud SCM functional experience.In-depth understanding of healthcare supply chain processes, including Par replenishment, case carts, OR replenishment, and GHX workflows.Expertise in Inventory, Procurement, Payables, and Contract Management modules.At least one full end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM implementation with a healthcare organization.Strong ability to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and design functional solutions.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred QualificationsOracle Cloud SCM certifications.Experience with ERP/SCM integrations in healthcare environments.Prior consulting experience with large healthcare providers or hospital systems.
