Job DescriptionDewberry is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the Architectural Construction Administration team in Tulsa, OK office. Typical assignments are all built around the construction process including distribution of materials and information, coordinating responses to shop drawings, RFI and ASI with the consultants, builders, and owners. Requires strong communication and collaboration skills. This position will provide the opportunity to support our Tulsa team in scheduling and managing the Construction Administration phase of multiple jobs simultaneously. While most of this work will be done in programs like Procore the position will require knowledge in electronic filing, proofreading, and project document support is critical to the entire process in our project files. Position may occasionally require providing support of the same responsibilities to other office and administrative staff or more generalized admin responsibilities while others are on PTO.Position is in the Tulsa office from 30 -40 hours per week, with limited remote work possible.Dewberry is a leading, market-facing professional services firm with more than 50 locations and 2,000 professionals nationwide.   • Handle sensitive information with complete discretion.
  • File and archive both electronic and hard copy project-related documents
  • Other administrative duties as required.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Minimum of 5 years clerical experience
  • Experience working with Engineering or Architectural firm doing similar task for at least two of those years
  • Working knowledge of Procore, BlueBeam, Plan Grid, Microsoft Office products including Teams, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook and Adobe Acrobat required
  • Must be service oriented and flexible with a “can do” attitude
  • Must be able to organize and prioritize workload as needed to meet schedules
