This very impactful role will provide Internal customer-focused leadership for the support of end user issues, service requests, and projects of all sizes.SPONSORSHIP: Due to our inability to offer visa sponsorship, we can only consider candidates who are authorized to work in the United States without the need for employment visa sponsorship.What You'll Do:
  • Provide leadership to teams integrating business stakeholders, internal IT resources, and external solution providers to develop superior solutions for the company. Oversee implementation of solutions to comply with approved architectural direction.
  • Understand business requirements, design a feasible solution that addresses the current business need, complies with strategic architectural direction and project timelines, and does not impact the ability to upgrade in the future.
  • Gather specific project requirements, participate in pre-project launch discussions, and drive detailed solution design by leveraging standard software functionality wherever possible.
  • Lead and participate in the solution implementation with both internal and external resources using best practices for operational and project methodologies.
  • Drive superior quality in deliverables, reduce or eliminate design, development, or implementation defects and ensure comprehensive System Integration Testing.
What You'll Bring:
  • A Bachelors degree with over 10-years of experience implementing JD Edwards EnterpriseOne solutions in a senior role, 5 years of experience leading the development of solutions and implementation teams.
  • Strong experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne technical tools including development with FDA, RDA; NER and BSFN development; and Orchestrator / REST API technologies. Experience with Trace One Devex software a plus.
  • Experience with designing and implementing solutions with a global organization with geographically dispersed users and team members, multiple business units with both standardized and unit/country specific requirements.
  • Experience with modern database design, architecture, and functionality.
  • Knowledge of basic system administration tasks to support the project and development lifecycle and effectively coordinate with system administrators.
